- Identified the need for a shared Resource Library across departments, including:
- Brand Information
- Country Regulations & Localisation

- Set expectation for each department to manage their own deliverables and provide timely updates to Sales
- If maintained, the hiring of a dedicated Project Manager will not be required for Sales team
- A need for regular alignment between department heads to align on these expectations into team processes

- Confirm with COO on amount of Operations Blue Lake involvement, given the cross-department impact
- Expectation for R&D team members
- R&D possibility on improving processes to reduce rework
- Possibility of Sales Support monitoring of production & project manage a bit more
