    What drives my decisions and actions?

  2. How do I want others to feel when they work with me?

    What’s the emotional experience I bring as a leader?

  3. What legacy do I want to leave behind?

    What do I want to be remembered for in this business or life?

👥 For Teams:

  1. What do we stand for as a team?

    What’s our shared belief or core value?

  2. How do we want others to feel when they interact with us?

    What emotional energy do we want to bring?

  3. What impact or legacy do we want to create together?

    What are we building, beyond just the bottom line?
     


🪄 Step 2: Craft Your Tagline


Use your answers to write a simple, meaningful line that captures the soul of your leadership or team spirit.


Keep it short and powerful: 3 to 6 words.

You can start with an action, feeling, or intention.
