The Better Business School 2027 Founding Waitlist

4–8 October 2027 · Five-day executive programme

Beyond Scaling. Scale with purpose. Lead with intention. Build with joy.

As a business grows, most founders find they have less freedom, not more — more people, more decisions, and more of it landing on their desk. BBS helps leaders rethink, reset, and future-proof their businesses — using business as a force for good to build companies that are not just bigger, but better: more profitable, more scalable, and ultimately a joy to own.

HRD Corp claimable Act on time and your levy can cover much of the investment.

The 5 Pillars

Each day of TBBS27 takes one of the five pillars of a better business and works it through, from the founder's seat to the team's.

Courageous Leadership

What it takes to lead when the answers aren't obvious.

Day 2

People

Culture, accountability and the team you're building.

Day 3

Day 4

Day 5

04Closing ReflectionTime to connect the day's lessons and decide what to act on.
Founding Waitlisters shape TBBS27

The 2027 format is being designed around how founders learn best.

Five days in a row gives full immersion. Some founders get more from fewer days, or from time to apply each pillar before the next. When you join, choose the format you would get the most from, and what would make the investment most worth it for you. The format with the strongest support shapes TBBS27.

  • Tell us on the form how many seats your team might need.
  • Team rates go to Founding Waitlisters first.
  • Every seat is HRD Corp claimable, so a bigger team can cost far less than it looks.

HRD Corp claimable

A big investment. Largely covered, if you act on time.

TBBS is HRD Corp claimable. If your company is registered with HRD Corp, the levy you have already paid can cover much of the investment, for you and for every leader you bring.

And the investment covers a year, not a week: five days in the room, twelve months of content on a Learning Platform, and eligibility for a Coaching Circle and a Coaching & Moderator Training Workshop.

The catch is timing. A claim has to be submitted and approved before the programme starts. Leave it too late and the full cost comes out of pocket.
